We Have Opened the Gate and Who Knows What and Who Came In?
by straight talk(76)Yes we now have open warfare in Mexico, government against drug cartels and where does this place U.S.? Well we are now "mobilizing" for our own war against this threat. Added one senior person as just stated in Reuters - "they are the new face of crime in the age of Globalization." yes and he goes on to say how sophisticated they are.
Yes Homeland Security, rhetorically I think it fair to ask just what are they securing? That fence is still not up, security still not in place and the border still not shut down. Will it ever be? The problem is now massive. Like in Mexico or Iraq just who is the good guy and the bad? No one knows for sure and I do mean no one.
So what do we hear from our liberal politicians? One of the answers, crack down on weapons. Yes take away the right of Americans to bear arms, right? That will really stop those who are the bad guys from not getting weapons. Yes it will make it harder for them, really. Do we really believe that one? Do we really believe we don't have enough enemies to arm them or enough greed merchants to supply weapons for the right price? Do we really believe that? Yes protect us from the 95% who are good citizens and do not have incidents or accidents because we got to stop those bad guys from getting weapons. Does anyone need a bridge?
Oh, lets secure the border, yea right? Once again, do you really believe that one? In my opinion you are seeing phase one of joint operations between Mexico and the United States both military and police. Rhetorically it could be called integration but I wouldn't go that far as yet. Yes and most Americans approve. We have to take decisive action now, really. Once again where have these people been, in Mexico cruise ports or vacation sites?
So our southern borders and California do they exist at all any longer as our sovereign territory or are they just lines on paper in someone's computer map? Yes, We have opened the gate and who knows what and who came in? Are you surprised, I'm not.

Multiple points- open borders which allow many to come in freely by the millions. The majority good people but what is the percentage, no matter how small, that wishes us harm? The second what they have been talking to for years and in recent weeks firearms, gun control, our nations right to own guns, and finally the Global environment. We have many sovereign countries faced with the same dilemma, bombings, criminal acts, etc and people are concerned as to how to get a handle on this. Thnaks for asking.
