A Prediction For Us From Russia, With Love

by Joel Hendon(170) Red Star

Unfortunately, we have enemies all over the world. It isn't pleasant to think about. Sometimes I feel like a fellow tied to a post with dead limbs and twigs piled around my feet, encircled by a crowd of yelling natives and one has a torch in his hand.

I have always felt that Russia was/is our most formidable enemy. They, along with North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, George Soros and a number of others, are waiting, salivating, wringing their hands in anticipation of some dreadful thing happening to the United States of America. To bring it down. And to a lesser degree, most of the Moslem Countries and even many from France, and several other nations. About the only nation in the world who would stand tall with us under almost any circumstance is...Israel.

This is one reason I always try and keep a dog. That way, I know that I have one who will stand by my side to the death. That is pitiful, isn't it.

But an article in yesterday's Pravda is predicting the collapse of the American dollar relatively soon. (apparently not this month or next but within 2 -3 years). Here is the opening statement of their article which, in itself, sets the tone of the entire article.

The United States is the largest borrower in the world. The US national debt has already exceeded the level of 11 trillion dollars as of the beginning of 2009 and continues to grow like an avalanche. Experts say that the USA has only two ways to solve the problem: to either declare default or trigger off a war.

They then go on to explain the horrific consequences of defaulting on our indebtedness. I have to admit that they present some blood curdling facts, but I don't agree that those two possibilities are the only ones, nor do I accept that the start of a war would help. We already have two wars going which are ruining us financially. I fail to see where another would be of any help whatsoever.

They cite the fact that our current indebtedness exceeds 11 trillion, plus the projected deficit spending of this current year, and the continued deficit for years thereafter, as reason to say that there is no hope for the dollar. They quote one of their own "financial experts" as saying that the U..S. treasury bond market is based on no alternative. (I don't fully understand that comment) But they say that after the world economy recovers, the investors will realize there are alternatives, such as the European bonds or bonds of developing countries. Following those remarks, here is a quote from their "expert".

"The pyramid of US bonds will collapse in this case. The debt percentage grows every day, which makes the USA borrow more and more on a daily basis. America will have no chances to pay off the debt," the expert said.

It sounds as if, in my humble opinion, their expert is more of a "spert" than an expert. One who is tickling the ears of his leaders. BUT, on the other hand (and I am not trying to tickle anyone's ears) the things he says are not to be completely ignored. There is a danger of this occurring although he speaks as if there is no question that it will happen. I will make this rash statement, if our leaders do not, DO NOT, stop the irrationally wild spending and borrowing, we will reach a point of no return. When the interest on our indebtedness exceeds our ability to pay, we will be as the "spert" says.

But let's look at some more facts, frightening as they are. Here is a quote from another of their people who makes more sense:

Inga Foksha, an analyst with Aton Investment Company, agrees that the US default is quite possible, although she is certain that it will not happen unless the world finds an alternative to the US dollar. The dollar will collapse immediately in case of default, which is absolutely unacceptable, because 63 percent of world reserves are saved in dollars. Their collapse will trigger the global economic collapse.

"Technically, the default of the United States may occur during three or five years, although it is too early to say that it could be possible. The USA can print new dollars to pay their debts with them," she said.

Now, to show my point of paragraph 2 of this article of their anticipation with glee of our downfall. In another recent article of mine entitled "The G20 Summit April 2, Might Save Or Destroy Us" I told of the present scheme (conspiracy is a better word) that Putin has been talked into supporting the plan of George Soros to create a world currency, to replace the U.S. Dollar, for the Special Drawing Rights of the International Monetary Fund. If this should happen, it would undermine the U.S. dollar, and if anything help to bring about the undesirable predictions of the "spert".

Be sure your legislators are aware of any concerns you have. They are supposed to represent YOU. Some probably are even unaware of this diabolical conspiracy. Make them aware.

Another great article, Joel. Thanks for keeping us informed. We are, indeed, in a great mess.

Thanks for reading and commenting Lorrie. Yes, we have seen better days. With all seriousness, I am not concerned for my own welfare.. Of all my family on both sides, I have known of not one who lived past 83. Guess what? I 'll soon be 79.  Regardless of how I go, from starvation, a slit throat or a peaceful deparfture in the night, I know that it will not be far away.

But, that said, I am worried silly about my children and grandchildren.  And all of you who still have some living to do. My imagination goes wild when I think of the possibilities. Even if we begin to creep out of this financial mess, we are going to be so weakened militarily and financially, that those who hate us, just might take advantage of the situation. Now, that I have sufficiently alarmed you, don't worry, God's will, will prevail. Whatever He has in store for us.

Joel,

If it comes to a world currency, then Revelation is just around the corner.

Thanks cfor the comment Nancy. I surely believe you will see the beginning of that very soon. I don't know how fast it will become a worldwide reality.
