Bid Goodbye To Judge Joel Schneider

by Joel Hendon(756) Blue Star

For the first time since the beginning of the presidential campaign, a  Federal Magistrate Judge has accepted a lawsuit challenging the eligibility of President Obama. He has said it is a "serious constitutional issue".  This lawsuit is not against Obama alone, but against congress, The United States, the senate and the house of representatives.

The case alleges that the congress failed to constitutionally "fully qualify the candidate elected by the Electoral College Electors." Which it is obligated to do.

The Constitution provides, the lawsuit said, "If the president-elect shall have failed to qualify, then the vice president elect shall act as president until a president shall have qualified."

"There existed significant public doubt and grievances from plaintiffs and other concerned Americans regarding Obama's eligibility to be president and defendants had the sworn duty to protect and preserve the Constitution and specifically under the 20th Amendment, Section 3, a Constitutional obligation to confirm whether Obama, once the electors elected him, was qualified," the case explained. This case is handled by attorney Mario Apuzzo and is filed as Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr., plaintiffs vs. Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S. Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi., defendants.

Judge Joel Schneider has taken some steps rarely taken by judges in that he has placed numerous letters which he has received since taking the case, and placed them on Pacer, a fee-based court website where interested parties can research cases and their documentation.

He has informed the defendants to retain counsel and as soon as this is done, "the case will proceed expeditiously". Numerous other cases have been filed and quietly dismissed  for one cause or another. There have been threats of financial sanctions against those who pursued these cases and various other questionable actions by the Democratic National Committee.

It is of interest now, to contemplate just what will become of Judge Schneider and this case. Will he suddenly decide that there is no standing for it as some have done, or will he decide to relinquish his judgeship, or what?  It is highly doubtful the case will ever be carried out to fruition. Or the mystery of the president's missing documents will be brought to light.

We will soon see just how deeply we have fallen. To read the WND article go to:
