Foreigners From All Over Buy American Homes!
by straight talk(76)Sometimes I really get depressed when what I have been writing to for years comes to pass and then again why wouldn't it? Yes an article in the St. Pete times speaks to how foreigners will be able to buy those "short sale, foreclosed" home Americans were forced out of. It is part of their professed recovery. They talk of sales but never who.
Now for those of you who do not know a damn thing about foreclosure, refinance, short sales, well go ask Mr. Chuck Schumer of NY and his like. They'll clue you in. Well at least of the story if you are lucky. You see after following the banks instructions that they would really like to help because foreclosure doesn't help anyone, really, hello. Yes and even after being approved by Project Hope and other agencies, they send a person to, they lose the papers, have a person resubmit them never and over and int the end give them the boot. You see these poor bastards are overworked. Yes and in the interim our fellow Americans mind you, so they profess, sell homes wherever they can. To whomever they can. It just doesn't happen to be many Americans. Yes and for you who believe that "help is on the way", well here is a new one for you, what can one say?
So while many get the boot, must repay "unsecured debt", get a 1099C or a cal from the IRS. Yes we have become the fodder in my opinion to fight and die and bleed in more ways then one while the WORLD dream marches forward. Yes and that "clunker" program well now the government says we the people can expect more likely then not we will never be repaid. That the budget estimates are 2.5 trillion more then what professed, really, hello and the news you suck down and believe in reports things are recovering FOR WHO?
The definition of honor found in their works and in no mere title. How sad that we "honor" the title but are expected to also honor the person holding it when their works in my opinion do not warrant that. Yes and they speak of our nation and our forefathers and their vision of America but they forget to qualify that their vision is what we were warned about by these very same forefathers. It is much different and fostered by their ideology. Yes stay away from the WORLD was the warning from our original founding fathers. Yes, so even while they speak of America they are always mentioning the WORLD. It is in my opinion, no matter what is said, indoctrination and said often enough it seeps into ones psych. speaks tremendously of our plight and this nation. Plant it enough in the minds of the young and you have won the battle. World, World, World.
Now while they talk of change and the future we should take note of 2010. That is the year to make a real change for this nation via the ballot by booting every single one of them OUT. Will it happen, never, why a split and divided nation where only 50% who can vote do. The rest whiners, complainers and about 20% who have very content. The candidates more of the same ilk. yet if we can shift just the majority we will have won. So study hard the values of all independent candidates and vote those who support people, if you can find one.

Updated facts January 2010. . The American family across the street was Foreclosed on and they ewere evicted. They owed $100,000 and nhad been going through all of the 'Help" but rejected. The home was sold at auction for $31,000 and the veruy next day it sold mind you, to foreigners, for $69,900. Now the bank could have adjusted the mortgage but why would they? You see everyone made money off of it, The Bank got another mortgae, tax write off's ofr ten years even while crying they don;t want the house, bling bailout money, the lawyers, realtors, the government and yes the people who run these HOPE agencies. Yes and if you are foreign and minority you will get help. Truth, like it or not, fact many could care less about. That is until they knock on your door. Oh, yes want another. A couple who had paid cash for their home, no mortgae with anyone, was evictred. Don;t believe it well get a copy of the St. Pete times. They came, through the erppeople out, took their possessions and sold them and locked the house up. Yes an age of evil. It seems these mistakes happen. Yes, so don;t be so sure you won't be next. After all, we're sorry.
