New to America - Kangaroo Courts.
by straight talk(76)As I study End Times I am always open to signs that easily pass right by us as we go about our daily business. Take a hard look at this one and I am sure you who believe will understand why in my opinion it is a sign. Years ago and even now we Americans chastised, and rightly so, Communist and other totalitarian countries who would drag people identified as dissidents and other "criminals" or those labeled irresponsible before the peoples courts. It was not the government who condemned them it was the people, really, hello! The government washed their hands clean of the matter, just as Pilate thought he had done. These fellow citizens were or are the protesters, those who disagreed with the system, physically and verbally through demonstration or word and who expressed a different opinion, perspective, ideology then those in power. They may have even been a person who failed to fulfill a contract or was or is in debt. In some countries sold into slavery, them and their entire household and yes still today in varied forms. Their property, life's work and anything real value taken and sold. The verdict guaranteed before the court began its first second of the opening session. Yes and administered and executed by your very own neighbor.
Now you can bet your last dollar, if you even have one, someone reading this might even argue against what I am writing. They might defend the system by stating, "we have the very best "justice" legal system in the world." Well the facts are that they may certainly be correct in saying that. Yet it is also fact, truth, reality it doesn't say it's the fairest or even the most even in application of justice or the rule of law. Well sadly they will even defend that. So to say that, while it might be correct in some aspects, really means little to nothing. Yes and sadly it evidently by opinion does not really matter little to those defending it because they have not experienced it or bothered to research it. Yet the reality of it is exhibited each and every day all across this land. So why hold that opinion? Well just ask the poor, the disenfranchised, the minority person without the ability to defend themselves properly. Go visit a jail, a bankruptcy hearing and see reality. Do I say all are innocent, certainly not, I just bring up justice, equality, fairness, truth, morality, ethics. Why bother with them, right?
In other words it's a rich mans system not only in this aspect but all. Yes and the shame of it is we all know it. That's right we all know it and allow it. Now some will say why complain that's the way it is and there isn't anything anyone can do about it. They are correct if we continue to accept this current form of thinking. Do we mean to say there is not one or only a few we can place our trust, in? Is that what we think; how very sad? Yes, so get this for these dreamers, "we can't change it, what can one do?" However, this is not a complaint this is more like a question; why does it have to be accepted as such?
Now for all the young and other idealistic, "Imagine there's no heaven types" as the song goes, let's examine fact. Ok once again I do understand how anyone can dream a one world global utopia. I'll accept the dream but no more then that. Pull it off, maybe, perhaps, possible? Yet to me all of that, really, hello, is for those who swallow it all gook line and sinker. Why, well just open your eyes and there answer smacks one "upside the head," as they say on the streets.
So getting back to the original title just who and what are these Kangaroo "Peoples" Courts I refer to? They certainly are not of the people. Sure they have all of the tapestries of a court of your peers but are they? No these are the creditors courts where their form of justice is meted out. Yes and the honorable who hold court never swear before God [would it matter], no they are "officers of the court," really and get this, trustworthy, hello. So the who I write to in each of my articles is very significant when you ask any question today. Like "help is on the way," really for who? Then again, "the economy is showing signs of recovery," for who? Well we all know by fact that is not for the poor, average and family people all over this land. No, they are the ones dragged into the debtors "Kangaroo" courts where the wealthy, powerful, greedy take you to be destroyed even further. Yes those who use USURY to destroy, lies, falsehood. Yes a "judgment" placed on those brought before the judge. The judge mind you to determine the facts and apply, really, hello, justice. What is that justice, you bet, for the creditor. Perhaps a garnishment and the process repeats itself because well you can't pay everyone. One can go on and on but the facts are there before all. These are in my opinion no more then money courts and you know what happens when money is involved. You have a better chance of clemency with a murder charge. You see you have a deadly, fatal illness called debt and you have been condemned to, well, like health care, be eliminated. That is after you pay and if you go, your estate to follow, even if there isn't any.
Now the truth is you borrowed and fell into their grip. Biblically we are warned yet many fall short searching after "the good life", "a better life" for you and yours. I ask just what is a good life, a better life? So placing the argument aside that you owe them money and now can't pay, what of their luring you in to the debt. What do I mean. Well if the police do it they call it entrapment. Need and example and it is a pure example if there is any at all. They will entice you to fill out a form for their "Credit Card". Hey, they'll even help you fill it out to get it. Then they tell you [ oral offering and a part of the acceptance] this is an "unsecured credit line" meaning signature loan, no collateral required, really, hello. Then why are you in court?
Yes an oral statement made in a contract and you accept as part of an agreement has just as much weight and is binding as anything written. Yes and they who make the offer accept the risk of a non secured loan. So let me ask once again, why are you in court and why isn't it all not thrown out? Does the honorable judge have an answer? Of course, "it's the law". Rhetorically, is that not right Senator Schumer?
Well as I just said, basic business contract law 101 says if you offer someone terms and they accept it is a contract. It consists of an offer and acceptance, two basic required elements. If you lure a person to take credit while making an oral statement that the debt is unsecured, but if you always had the intention of taking further action if the debt is not paid, you in effect lied when you made the offer. It was not an honest offering and therefore "illegal." Oh, sorry, I forgot, illegal is a word that is now relative only to the circumstances. Like an illegal immigrant isn't really illegally here because they may be applying for citizenship. Hello, you bought that, really ,you do, really? Then throw the damn word out of the dictionary it doesn't apply any longer.
So if you have been making payments and suddenly run into a problem, you didn't borrow and then suddenly run away, your circumstances changed and you tried to resolve it, regardless you are now identified and labeled by them, Rhetorically, is it strange that one find any record of that in their system and records. Yes and no mention of them harassing you day and night even after you said cease and desist. No record of them calling you at work, no none. Look one can go on but the bottom line it doesn't matter. Like I stated, Kangaroo Court and these "honorable" men and woman of the courts seek to render fair and impartial justice to one and all, really, hello, you really believe that or you already know its a LIE? Yes a LIE. Unfortunately, as they will say, they can only go by the facts and the facts, your facts, well sorry, it doesn't mean a damn thing.
So it is what it is. A judgment rendered and when you die if let unpaid they will go after your estate. Yes they have entire departments who do that. They try to get you to pay for debts that you have no responsibility for. Yes and all done under honor, morals, ethics. Yes and we the people even get to pay for the trials, along with the debtor. You alone against the million and billion dollar fleet of lawyers and the judge, well in my opinion, no more then a rubber stamp. He In my, what's for dinner I'm running late, a lot of judgments today, praise God it keeps us all making money and employed.

Now a check with the library, the state and the federal government shows no laws, statues or anything defining "unsecured debt offerings, really, hello! The FTC says they can't do anything. The state says we don;pt regulate that and the judicial system. well what am I saying? No we are, well. cooked by evil. Yes and like it or not all of these state and federal agencies supposedly to help you, well in my opinion one word sums them up, facade, powerless expense items for politicians to use for their own bravado and power. Think not then like I said, know not.
Yes one can write and write all day and all night and they dream of one world, their world and we the 95% who are their assets but reality says unless you eliminate greed and immorality you will never bring it to be. Well we who know why it can't be even with all their resolutions. Yes and you who call yourself educated buy into it all, really. The answers clear as day yet a great delusion has evidently come all across this land and this world. That is my opinion and that of a few others. Why, the answers right before one if the know where to look, do you.
Yes, low life, dead beat, and that is anyone in debt who will be called before the seat of justice, really, the Kangaroo Courts of money. Yet rest easy you who believe, for your God knows who these people are. If we turn to Psalm 58 NIV version you will hear the cry Against Unjust Judges. To them our folly for them our answer for God will rebuke those judges who crush the poor, the lowly, the average and do not judge fairly or with justice but met out judgments on behalf of the powerful and rich.
So as I, you, others are called to stand before them, know that you cannot contend with them. They have stacked the deck against you even while they profess with their mouth otherwise, truth is not a defense. Now Psalm 58 answers for you. For the just judge there is no Godly rebuke, for those that destroy how terrible their faith regardless of what their mouth professes.

09/30/2009 confirmation took place today, in court and by experience. PAY or ELSE even though I had the judge spell out the law of contracts and its meaning. Honor, REALLY. None will touch truth with a ten foot pole. A very clear sign of this age and time. Oh, yes and confirmed by the States Attorney generals office. Write us a letter and we'll look into it, REALLY!
