A Commendation to U.S. Speaker of the House, John Boehner

It is troublesome to read the harsh criticisms thrown towards Speaker Boehner after last evenings disappointing concessions in the budget debate and government shutdown’s narrow escape. I was absolutely crushed personally but the more I listened and recognized the odds, the more I realized that the Speaker conducted himself like the rational person he is. Had it been my personal decision the nation would now be shut down and possibly the public opinion would have changed for the worse.
He was facing a group of pure idiots who would have gladly shut down the government for as long as it took, just to have their way. I have never witnessed such childish whining and slander being thrown at the conservative house of representatives. Chief of which was Harry Reid himself. He had the audacity to accuse Boehner of wanting to stop health care for women. And whimpered that to let him have his way would jeopardize his wife’s, his daughter’s and six granddaughter’s health. And he is the leader of the Senate! Does he think all 8 of those women of his are to have abortions through the Family Planning organization?
One District of Columbia democrat was posted on a video ranting and calling all who disagree with her libelous names and acting like a mental case. The liberals should all stand tall, they showed their unconcern for the nation and everyone in it simply so they could hold on to wasting millions of taxpayer dollars funding abortions through the Family Planning organization. They love to stand up and say the funds from taxpayers are not to be used for the abortions of that organization. Just how stupid do they think the American voter is? Once a dollar is in their coffers...it makes no difference whose dollar it was. If by some trick, they could keep them separated, each dollar of taxpayer money would only relieve some other dollar to be used for the evil of abortion.
The problem is not Boehner. It is the American voters who failed to put a majority of sane people in the Senate.
This nation has lost it’s standing as the world leader. It is on the verge of total financial collapse. It is being overrun by illegal criminals and terrorists. And the Democrats can only say, give me another trillion and I’ll put it on purple. That ought to be a winner.
No, Speaker Boehner did the best he could. It was not a matter of who is toughest and can hold out the longest. It was a matter of who has the least concern for the welfare of this nation. And the Speaker did let them win on that. Had it not been for him, the nation would now be shut down. And neither Reid or Obama would have a single pang of conscience. They have no conscience. The American people would be the losers. The attachments to the CR would still not be passed, just as they are not now.
But there were some advances made anyway. Not only the somewhat small reduction in spending, (1) They received an assurance of a debate and vote in the Senate on the repeal of Obamacare. The house passed this legislation in January.
(2) The requiring of numerous studies that will force the Obama Administration to reveal the true impact of the law’s mandates, including a study of how individuals and families will see increased premiums as a result of certain Obamacare mandates; a full audit of all the waivers that the Obama Administration has given to firms and organizations – including unions – who can't meet the new annual coverage limits; a full audit of what's happening with the comparative effectiveness research funding that was in Obamacare and the president’s failed “stimulus” spending bill; and a report on all of the contractors who have been hired to implement the law and the costs to taxpayers of such contracts.
(3) Agreement that there will be no funding for additional IRS agents as Obama asked for to enforce the administration’s agenda on a variety of issues.
Actually these are important issues to have been gained. Everyone helps and perhaps as the liberals see the voter opinions, they may reconsider on other things. Although this is doubtful. They are thoroughly convinced that wrong is actually the correct thing to do.
